Shipping Options & Delivery Time
We currently offer several options within the United States. You may choose Ground, UPS 3rd Day, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air. If you choose Ground, most of our customers in the contiguous U.S. receive their orders in just 4-7 business days, after shipping notification. (Texas ground is 1-2 days.) We may use UPS or USPS to ship your order.

UPS 3rd Day will deliver within 2 business days, after shipping notification.
Need it even faster than Ground or 3rd Day?
UPS 2nd Day, expedited will deliver your order within 2 business days after shipping notification. The fastest way to receive your product is to place your order Monday-Thursday before noon CST, and select Next Day Air. We are sorry, but we do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery. Please check the availability listing associated with each item, some items may be out of stock and will ship in 14-21 business days after the order date. Occasionally, items are backordered. If this is the case, we will contact you immediately via email to let you know. If you order more than one item and one or more of your items are backordered, your in-stock item(s) will be shipped per our normal processing time. Your backordered item(s) will be shipped separately at no additional charge when they become available. Every attempt will be made to get purchases to you as quickly as possible!
Shipping Outside the Contiguous United States
Dogologie.com is happy to ship to most international destinations. Costs vary according to the size of the order. Our apologies, but we cannot estimate your country's customs charges.
Costs vary according to the size of the order. You will be contacted 1-3 business days after your order has been placed for approval on the shipping and handling charges.
Dogologie is not responsible for the loss or damage of packages once they are shipped to an international destination. Customers are responsible for any customs charges, which are assessed by each individual country at the time of delivery. When ordering from outside of the US, please be sure all address information on your order is complete and correct. Customs declaration cannot be altered.
Shipping Costs for Furniture, Bed & Oversized Items
Shipping and handling for all beds, furniture and other oversized items may require additional shipping charges. After placing your order for furniture or a bed, we will contact you to let you know if there will be any additional shipping fees.
Items that happen to be out of stock at the time of your order will be backordered. If you ordered several out of stock items, we will ship each item as soon as it becomes available, for no additional shipping charge on standard items, Ground shipped.
Shipping to a P.O. Box
We are able to ship to a P.O. Box via USPS. To track orders via USPS, go to www.usps.com.
Track packages
When we ship your order, we will send you a confirmation email where you will find the UPS or USPS tracking number confirming that your order has been shipped. Use that number at www.ups.com or www.usps.com to check the status of your order online. Orders shipped via USPS will have the letters "USPS" in front of the tracking number. It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the UPS or USPS web site.
If your order appears late, remember:
- Credit card approval must be received prior to processing.
- Overnight orders placed after 12 noon CST are processed the following day.
- Overnight delivery only occurs on business days (Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays).

You can look at past and pending orders. You must be a Registered Customer to use Order Status. Click here to check your Order Status.
Also, you will receive two e-mails after you have placed your order and provided us with a valid e-mail address:
- The first confirms that your order has been received (your order confirmation number will be included); this e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours.
- The second confirms that your order has been shipped (any tracking information will be included); this e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours following authorization of your credit card and verification of your information.
Shipping Charges

All shipments are via United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS). Delivery charges are based on the total value of your order. Our standard shipping method within the continental United States is Ground. When your order is ready to ship, it generally takes 4-7 business days for delivery. No weekend or holiday delivery is available. Oversized and overweight packages may incur additional charges and service restrictions. You may also choose to upgrade for faster delivery for an additional charge (see chart below). (Texas ground is 1-2 days.)
Hawaii and Alaska orders will be contacted for approval of additional shipping charges.
International orders will be contacted for approval of additional shipping charges. We are not responsible for customs duties. Contact your customs office before ordering.
